•  Maintenance Labor:

Clients, including school districts, like to know they can pick up the phone and request expert help for any of their HVAC, electrical, or control related issues.  Often clients utilize a block of labor hours directed toward either planned preventive maintenance or unscheduled service calls.  For repairs, a preferred hourly labor rate, material/parts pricing, and vehicle charges are billed as used.

•  Labor and Materials:

Preventive maintenance labor along with materials (filters, belts, grease) is often provided to cover specific lists of equipment.  Beyond maintenance work under this arrangement, Precision provides replacement repair parts through pre-approved, quoted scopes.

•  Full Coverage:

For those clients seeking to carry a fixed, known maintenance cost forward on their facility O&M budget, Precision can hold all risk of preventive maintenance and repair service costs.  Full coverage contracts can be created for specific pieces of equipment, or for entire campuses.

Training Your Staff – Customized Options

 

Precision often trains client maintenance personnel in a variety of HVAC and temperature control topics.  Our programs for training your staff occur either on site, using the equipment and systems inherent in your crew’s normal working day; here at Precision Control System’s training room; or remotely at Schneider Electric’s corporate training facility.

 

Our factory trained service mechanics and technicians teach at local union training facilities and they can impart years of hands on experience to your staff.  Your staff can receive the same kind of attention, direction, and encouragement we provide while training union apprentice members.
